Summary

Poor drainage along the side of this house was leading to pooling water and uneven ground. The homeowner needed a long-term fix to protect the foundation and create a neater, safer walkway.

The Work

Removed and reset existing sidewalk blocks for proper alignment
Supplied and installed new downspout routing to move water away from the house
Regraded and sloped sidewalk and gravel bed to support drainage
Landscaped area around the sidewalk and completed thorough clean-up

The Outcome

The area now sheds water away from the foundation, reducing the risk of damage. The sidewalk feels even and stable underfoot, and the tidy landscaping gives the whole side yard a finished look.
